Outlook Sync & Backup is a very useful tool for Microsoft Outlook that can be used for two different scenarios. First is Outlook backup, that will make a backup of your Outlook data on your USB storage device (USB flash, USB HDD, etc) so you can easy using the Outlook backup data on a remote computer. Second is Outlook sync, that will synchronize Outlook data between different PCs (e.g. between your desktop PC, laptop or netbook, etc.). Outlook Sync & Backup works on the Outlook folder level, it meaning that you can backup or sync the selected few folders in Outlook PST file, so that it will be reducing the size of your backup archive files and also save the backup and sync time.
