One can assign teammates to tasks here, change substatuses or set email addresses to which automatic notifications are sent. This is also the place where work time and work effort units are added. Apart from that, the program adds a few new icons in the Outlook's top menu that enable keeping track of the work progress within the Outlook task, even when the task pane is toggled off. One of the most important aspects of project management is being able to measure the work time and effort of each employee. With CodeTwo Task Workflow it is possible to generate HTML or XLS statistics for selected folders that give the team leader the full view of the situation. The statistics, like the rest of the program's features are easily accessible from the Outlook's top menu. CodeTwo Task Workflow is a very flexible tool that combined with folder sharing features of CodeTwo Public Folders will fit in in almost every on-line collaboration model.
